You can help too!

We are not a registered charity, but what we aim to do is spread the word about rodent welfare and inspire people to get out there and do something.
We believe that your actions do far more than anything else. We want you to go out there and observe the rodents in your area, make notes of what rodents you see, and leave a comment here, on our website (link down below) or in our community.
Thank U! :)

O&C: Hedgehog Home Spotted!

The O&C programme continues and we have found a hedgehog home! Hedgehog numbers are seriously declining in the UK, so it was very pleasing when we found this. Several sightings of a hedgehog not too long ago were in the same area, so it is very probable that this is the same hedgehog's home.

Baby Mongeese Spotted!

A while ago a mother mongoose with her two babies were spotted as part of the O&C programme on the island of Barbados in the Caribbean.

Sorry, the picture is from Google as there was not enough time to snap a shot of them.

New Website!

Hello everyone! We are pleased to announce that we now have an official website! (Sorry it hasn't got its own domain name.)

Click here to see the website! :)

We would be very grateful if you could just take a quick peak at it, it's being improved all the time.

More from the Programme

More observation and conservation has been carried out, and a mouse's den has been spotted and photographed. It is probable that it is home to a field mouse as the site is directly next to a field.

Along with the house, yet more evidence of mice has been discovered: a piece of grass has been nibbled with mouse-sized teeth marks on one end.

Observe and Conserve Programme

As part of the observe and conserve programme, I went out to look for signs of rodents and found a hazel nut shell, with mini teeth marks on it. Field mice love nuts and berries, so I safely concluded that there is a good presence of field mice around.

Sorry about the poor quality of the photo.
